Good Mood Food & Beverages
All of the food and drinks served during your stay aim to satisfy, nourish and excite our guests.
Daytime Deliciousness
Wake Up Drinks
A simple addition to your experience and yet, when you’re not making it yourself and it helps ease you into the start of the day, there’s something indulgent about it. Ask for your daily routine lemon and ginger or espresso or go for a change. Your host will take you order before you leave the table at night, for the next morning. It will be delivered to your door.
Breakfast
Breakfast, they say it’s the most important meal of the day and here at TG we take that seriously. Whether you’re heading for a day on the slopes, sledging with little ones or spending the day in resort, we’re going to make sure you’re fuelled with nutritious & delicious food.
Our continental spread has something for everyone; freshly baked pastries, breads, cereals & muesli, porridge, yoghurt, home made compote and fresh fruit.
For those of you who prefer something a bit more hearty in the morning we offer a daily hot special that will keep you going well into the afternoon. From classics such as eggs Benedict to family favourite pancakes - everyone will be leaving the table happier (and a little heavier).
In need of an extra morning kick? All of our properties are kitted out with a coffee machine to keep you caffeinated throughout the day. Tea lovers, we haven’t forgotten about you either; we have a selection of teas whether it’s for a morning cuppa or an afternoon earl grey.
Afternoon Tea
What better way to celebrate a day of conquering the slopes than with cake (or cookies or even brownies)? Kick your ski boots off and make your way upstairs where a freshly baked cake awaits; the kettle is on, beers are in the fridge and the hot tub is waiting for you while your chalet team finish their preparations for dinner.
The Evening Begins
Cocktails & Bubbles
Now things are starting to get a bit grown up. The fire is lit and the host mentioned cocktails this morning. In fact there are beers and house wine in the fridge and you will be offered champagne, gin or vodka and tonics or cocktails. While some stay with bubbles, others can try the cocktail of the day (or mocktail), from negroni to espresso martinis.
Chefs Table
At TG, our dining experiences are designed to replenish after a day on the slopes and also to bring people together. We have moved away from the traditional ‘3 course dinner’ model and have transitioned into a small plates / tapas menu built around the concept of ‘International Street Food.’ Your meal is finished with a light but interesting & indulgent dessert
Our Executive Chef has worked as a consultant chef at some of the top 10 restaurants all over the world. Drawing on this experience, the menu has been created using authentic recipes and techniques to create dishes from all over the world that provide a unique dining experience.
We are big fans of quality and we make everything that we can in house; from pasta & bread to ice-cream & sorbets and we work with the best produce from the best possible suppliers.

Wine Pairing
Wine will be served throughout the meal that has been carefully paired with the dishes. Of course there are many French wines on offer but we also have a crisp Austrian white and red from Italy. Have a look at inclusive wines or dive into our upgrade wine list (available to purchase) both of which include some really exciting bottles.
Inclusive Wines
Cheese and Port
There is a temptation to say no but the cheese board is a must on at least one of your nights dining with TGSki (if not all). A selection of local cheeses with accompaniments. The port is also quite delicious (in moderation… you are here to ski).
