Catered Chalet Dining

We offer a catered service for our guests on 5 days of their stay with us. We believe that your holiday should be as indulgent as you would like it to be so our chefs and cooks have developed menus rich in flavour designed to energise your body and excite your tastebuds. These can be tailored to your specific preferences.

To help you rise slowly from your night’s rest we serve wake-up drinks, including tea, coffee and hot chocolate  from 7.30am onwards, which can be brought to your bedside or left outside your door if you prefer. 

A full breakfast including fresh pastries and bread, cereals, porridge and healthy or more indulgent cooked options are served from 8am until 9.30am. If you would like a lie-in, the chef and or host will leave a continental breakfast laid out for you to enjoy at your leisure. 

Upon your return from skiing a freshly made cake, with baguettes, butter, jams, teas and coffee will be laid out by the chalet host and chef for you to help yourselves to when you return from skiing.

In the evening canapés* are served with champagne, cocktails, beers or wine as well as non-alcoholic drinks from 7pm each evening. 

A 3-course evening meal followed by a cheese board and port is served at 8pm. 

For guests staying 7-nights your chalet team will serve dinner on 5 nights of your holiday. For the remaining nights, our concierge team will be happy to discuss restaurant options to suit your groups tastes and then handle your reservations prior to your stay. Your hosts will also be able to help with bookings, we advise restaurant reservations are made well in advance to avoid missing availability in the best restaurants in resort.

*In Chalet Roc Soleil and Chalet Du Bois there are dips and crudités and house wines served from 7pm each evening. 

Bottled Water

As part of reducing our environmental impact, TG Ski are now providing re-usable water bottles for each guest to reuse during their stay and take home as a gift. This is to avoid the unnecessary use of plastic bottled water. The drinking water in all of our chalets is safe to drink and recommended in the French Alps (with Evian locally sourced), however, if you do require bottled water, please let the concierge team know prior to your stay.

Dietary requirements

Our chefs can cater for different dietary requirements and adjust their menu according to allergies. Please notify our concierge team in advance of your stay, to ensure our resort team can plan for any changes and ensure all guests are catered for.

Drinks

We work with a number of the world’s leading wine producers, sommeliers and fine wine dealers to create an exciting range of wines that offers variety and interest to our guest’s palate. Our house wines are available throughout the holiday with a selection of whites and reds. 

Guests staying in our premium chalets can enjoy a range of upgrade wines which will be paired with each courses of your dinner. They can also experience a selection of signature cocktails mixed freshly by our front of house service team to enjoy each night prior to dinner.

We have partnered with the wonderful champagne house Collard-Picard who supply us with both our house champagne and some premium upgrades for those special occasions such as their delicious Dom Picard Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs.

For the wine connoisseur or perhaps those seeking a particular bottle for a special occasion we have worked with our wine buyers at Farr Vinters to develop a selection of premium fine wines. These items are at an additional cost, which can be settled at the end of your stay. Our concierge team will also be happy to try to source specific fine wines prior to your stay to enhance your chalet experience. 

We also have a selection of cordials, juices, and mocktails available for those wishing to avoid alcohol. We have a range of soft drinks available for our younger guests, available at the parent’s request.

An honesty bar is in operation in Chalet Roc Soleil and Chalet Du Bois. Beers, soft drinks and chocolate bars are regularly stocked and priced at €1 per item, to be settled at the end of your stay. 

In Chalet X, Chalet Bouquetin, Chalet Les Pierrys and both of our Meribel chalets; bottled beer and soft drinks are available at no additional cost.
