TG Ski looking for a warm, organised and commercially minded person to join our UK team at our office in Wilmslow, Cheshire. You don’t need previous ski-industry experience. We’re more interested in finding someone who is brilliant with people, highly organised and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

Full job description

• Part time | 25 hours/week | Wilmslow

• Hours: 09:30am–3pm Monday–Friday (We can offer some flexibility around school drop-off/pick-up where required).

• Temporary seasonal role: late October 2026–March 2027

• Looking for an interesting part-time role with sociable, daytime hours?

Duties

· Answering client emails and phone calls.

· Providing assistance and advice on the best chalet and service options.

· Assisting with client concierge arrangements.

· Pre-selling airport transfers, ski lift passes, ski rental equipment and ski lessons.

· Raising invoices for clients for chalet and additional add-ons.

· Liaising with resort manager, suppliers and ad-hoc providers as necessary.

· Managing ski lift pass bookings, childcare services and ski lessons and liaising with resort manager where appropriate.

· Provide on-going feedback to the directors with regards to improvements or issues raised.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, concierge services, or luxury hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond positively in various situations.

Basic math skills for handling reservations, billing, and upselling transactions accurately. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Time management skills to prioritise responsibilities during busy periods.
