We feel that we have designed a product that delivers just that, at an affordable price. Below are listed the details of our standard package and also details of our Lite Service for guests staying in Chalet Miramar.

Half Board*

- Bedside wake up drinks - Hot chocky, tea, coffee, fruit juice.
- Breakfast - Bacon and choice of eggs, fresh pastries, porridge, cereals, fresh bread and conserves, fruit, yoghurts, fresh smoothies, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit juices
- Afternoon tea and cakes - Pre-dinner nibbles and drinks, 3 course dinner, Free flowing reserve wine, Cheese Board, Port, Coffee and selection of teas.

*On chalet day off there will be a buffet breakfast and guests are invited to dine out at one of Morzine's great Savoyard restaurants

Chalet Team

Our team really care about giving you the best possible experience from your TG Ski holiday.
Your Chalet Hosts are an important part of our service and have been chosen carefully for their personable skills and quality of service. They will prepare your meals, keep the chalet and are your main point of contact throughout the week. Through their skills, experience and training, they will be able to help and advise on anything in and around Morzine from the best skiing, best restaurants, ski hire, lift passes and arrangements for special occasions.
A resort manager is always available to help should you have any problems or any advice that the hosts cannot provide.

TG Chauffeur service

All of the TG Chalets are within a short walk of the main lifts and town centre (perfect for some apres ski or a spot of shopping) however we also do offer a shuttle service to and from the slopes each day to save your legs or jumping on the bus. Just book this up with the chalets hosts or driver in the morning or evening.

Ski Hosting**

We provide a ski host for two sessions at the beginning of the week to introduce you to the ski area. The idea is to show you the best areas of the Portes du Soleil. We’ll show you our favourite runs, restaurants, coffee stops so that you can get the best from your week’s skiing.

**Ski Hosting is not guiding or tuition and we will not ski off-piste during these sessions. If you require any of these services we are happy to recommend instructors.

Chalet Facilities

- We provide bath and hand towels, with one fresh change during the week.
- Each chalet has a hair dryer.
- There are washing machines in each of the chalets (talk to your host on arrival if required).

Children's Facilities

Our chalets (and staff) are child friendly. Your child’s enjoyment of the holiday is as important to us as yours, so as standard we offer the below to all guests travelling with children:
- High chairs and cots are available please reserve these when booking
- We have a children’s menu made daily with fresh ingredients at 6pm each evening (available for children 2 – 12 years old). We do ask that mother’s with children supply food themselves, unless they are happy with our children’s menu.
- There are a number of board games and DVD’s in resort.
- Each chalet has a games console.
- If there is anything specific that you would like us to organise, then please do ask and we will endeavour to organise it.

Lite Service - Chalet Miramar

Forget the above. TG Lite is a cheaper option for those who care about the basics but don't care for the add ons.

Chalet Hosts

Each of our hosts have been selected for their service skills and experience. They are a helpful, fun and knowledgeable team who will always be happy to point you in the right direction.

Half Board

Breakfast - A cold breakfast buffet is laid out every morning, with cooked options available if you would like.
Dinner – We serve a hearty 2 course dinner each evening. The menu is designed to fuel hungry skiers and is prepared skillfully with fresh local produce.

Additional Food and Drinks

The chalet team have a well stocked fridge full of soft drinks, chocolate bars, beers and wine, these items can be purchased throughout the week, we run a tally system so you can settle up when you check out.

Chalet Bits

We'll fold your linen and put it on the end of your bed for you. We'll also give you a block of TG soap. You'll be given a towel for the week too!
