It's not just a cliche when we say "it's the people that make our holidays", it really is true. During the Summer and Autumn we devote a lot of our time to finding and selecting the perfect individuals to make up our team.
We look for skilled and experienced people that will suit our brand and deliver our product, to not only meet our exacting standards but exceed our guests expectations. Attention to detail, culinary flair and dedication are important to us, but we don't just want robots we want vibrant, enthusiastic, fun loving people with a love of skiing/snowboarding that will really add to our guest's stay with us.
